Our Story

Wylde Provisions Co. was born from the desire to make healthy, flavorful, high-protein meals that don't break the bank. Founded by Urban Anderson and Andrew Truong, their mission is to make eating healthy easy and accessible for people on the go.

Urban Anderson

As a full-time firefighter paramedic, new dad, and co-owner of a gym with his wife Zoe, Urban was finding it increasingly difficult to make time for meal prep and was spending far too much money on eating out. Unable to find fast, affordable food that met his standards for quality, he reached out to one of his gym’s founding members, Andrew Truong.

Andrew and his wife Liya own, operate, and are the head chefs at Terrapin Creek in Bodega Bay. An award-winning chef with over twenty years of professional experience, Andrew has honed his craft as a versatile chef who draws inspiration from cuisines around the world.

The flavors of Wylde Provisions draw from Asia, Europe, and our lovely backyard in California. Packaged in 100% compostable take away containers our grab and go meals use local and organic ingredients as much as possible and always organic chicken and grass fed beef. All of our recipes are protein forward with balanced macros. We hope these bowls help make eating healthier more convenient and leave you feeling stronger and more confident in your body after every meal.
