As a full-time firefighter paramedic, new dad, and co-owner of a gym with his wife Zoe, Urban was finding it increasingly difficult to make time for meal prep and was spending far too much money on eating out. Unable to find fast, affordable food that met his standards for quality, he reached out to one of his gym’s founding members, Andrew Truong.

The flavors of Wylde Provisions draw from Asia, Europe, and our lovely backyard in California. Packaged in 100% compostable take away containers our grab and go meals use local and organic ingredients as much as possible and always organic chicken and grass fed beef. Each bowl's ingredients are weighed out and the macros are calculated ahead of time to fit what we believe to be a healthy, balanced diet. All our recipes are protein forward with the minimum standard of 40 grams of protein or more per bowl.
